Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

We have a strict cancellation policy that requires 24hrs to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid fees to your card on file.
Missed Appointments: If a client fails to cancel or reschedule their appointment and/or no-shows, they will be charged a 30% fee.
Late arrivals: Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running behind. There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment if the service cannot be completed in the time frame remaining. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled service, it is considered a no-show and will be treated as a missed appointment.
Our policy is 30% of the total service fees for any changes or cancellations within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service due to the short amount of time remaining to fill that appointment slot. No shows will be 30% of the cancellation fee!
*Please note that your deposit will be nonrefundable and additional charges for no show/cancellations within less than 24 hours may be charged up to 30% of the total service fees.
How to make changes
If you need to make changes to your scheduled appointment, please try to give as much advance notice as possible.
This allows me to fill the spot that was previously scheduled.
